A quick intro:

I work with Small to Medium Sized Business Owners, Startups, and Non-Profits to install proven and repeatable sales systems that are customized to help them sell more, faster. Most small sales teams are under-resourced, can’t afford highly-trained sales leadership, or need additional support to continue growing. I combine a small business and startup background, over a decade of Fortune 500 sales leadership, and certified process improvement training to support these teams.  I founded my Fractional Sales Leadership and Consulting practice because I’m passionate about propelling exceptional outcomes for sales teams like yours.

I’m a sales professional with over 25 years of experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Training and Coaching, Sales Process Improvement, and Sales Operations. I’ve been fortunate enough to work in a wide range of sales roles throughout my career, from developing tailored sales growth strategies for startups just getting off the ground to leading a Fortune 500 company’s Billion Dollar sales team.

I’m all about leveraging the skills and experiences I’ve gained in large organizations to support smaller businesses. I do this by customizing and installing proven, repeatable sales systems for maximum growth. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement practitioner, I’ve worked with large and small companies, helping them identify sales process opportunities, lead projects to optimize sales pipelines, enhance performance, and establish controls that consistently exceed expectations. I’ve delivered millions in incremental revenue and margin dollars by focusing on sales process opportunities alone.

I’ve helped them create revenue-growth plans, build pricing models, generate customer leads, increase conversion rates, optimize product offerings, implement and manage sales routines, and establish efficient sales team meeting routines.

Empowering Sales Teams: From Key Accounts to Coaching 

Throughout my journey, I’ve been privileged to lead Key/National Account Sales, Distributor Management, and Broker Management teams of 1 to 150 direct and indirect reports in both small and large companies.  I’ve designed and deployed national sales training and coaching programs for groups of 1 to 250, and I’ve created and implemented sales incentives, management compensation plans, and performance reporting tools.

I’m a firm believer in simplifying sales processes and leveraging data and technology, like CRM, deliverables tracking, and dynamic score carding, to help companies achieve tactical sales execution and outstanding performance.  I also believe in creating cost-effective scrappy versions of these solutions whenever possible to reduce costs, especially for small teams.
